Management of regional innovation infrastructure based on the development of information and communication technologies and technology parks

The article discusses the goals, objectives and issues of building a regional innovation infrastructure, analyzes innovative approaches to its formation, as well as the main parameters characteristic of projects of innovative structures. The most important components of the development of modern innovative regional infrastructure are identified and the leading role of information and communication technologies is shown, quantitative characteristics of the number of subscribers and investments in the development of these technologies in Russia are given, as well as statistical data on the network of personal computers and the growth of the volume of services in the field of telecommunications. It is shown that the use of the Internet as an innovative means of information support provides regional enterprises with the opportunity to acquire a set of advantages, the impact of which significantly exceeds all previously used types of communications. An analysis of the features of the innovation infrastructure of the regions and basic units of the innovation infrastructure was carried out, and the characteristics of technology park structures, which are a key component of the modern innovation infrastructure that ensures the integration of education, science and production, were considered. The main services provided by technology parks are considered, as well as the factors that determine the composition of participants in a technology park and the presence of knowledge-intensive projects on its territory.
