Reputation management requires a strategic focus to maintain the desired positioning of the organization. This is important as it has the potential to impact organizational performance. Corporate reputation helps a company achieve its goals and plays a role in maintaining competitive advantage. In this article, we examined corporate reputation, tracked its relationship with business performance indicators and studied what factors influence its formation, as well as what ways there are to improve brand perception by the public.
