Risk management in the formation of ecosystems for interaction between corporations and higher educational institutions: a simulation approach

This article addresses the issue of effective interaction between higher educational institutions and the corporate sector in the context of the digital transformation of the economy. A methodological approach to risk management in the formation of ecosystems for interaction between corporations and universities is presented, based on the integration of simulation modeling methods and risk management. A model has been developed that includes four key subsystems (object, environmental, process, and project), allowing for a quantitative assessment of the balance of interaction through a system of metrics based on credit units. Major groups of risks at the macro, micro, and nano levels have been identified and systematized, including legislative, economic, social, competency, and communication risks. Mechanisms for risk minimization are proposed through the creation of specialized units for interaction and the development of digital ecosystems. The practical significance of the research lies in the potential application of the developed tools in designing educational programs and forming mechanisms for interaction between universities and enterprises.
