Risk management in software development

The article analyzes the main risks that arise in the process of software development. Based on the identified risks, their impact on the organization's activities is considered. To manage IT risks, the development of a risk management strategy based on team interaction between risk managers and the IT team is considered. It is concluded that reducing the fragmentation in the activities of structural units will allow for more effective analysis of data on technological threats and prioritize emerging risks.
