The management system of orders of arms and materiel of the armed forces in developed countries

The Article is devoted to the current state of the system of orders of arms and materiel of the armed forces of developed countries. The article considers the system of orders of arms of the United States and Germany. Describes the mechanisms of management of the military sector of the economy. The analysis system defense order of the Ministry of defense. It is concluded that existing in Western countries, the mechanism of management of military economy is highly efficient economically to provide military construction. However, we should not idealize this mechanism, it is not devoid of serious shortcomings, which often leads to substantial unsustainable costs, and other failures in the military-economic activities in Western countries.
