Company's value management based on cash flows

This article focuses on value based management - a new direction in management, appearance of it is due to the interests of the company owners. The article describes the concept of the value approach to business management. The concept of cash value added is presented. The relationship between factors that form the cash flows and the cash value added is identified through the econometric model.
