Management of the housing construction'S cost

This article is devoted to questions of management by construction cost. The important aspect in formation of cost is determination of construction's cost at the stage of budget planning. The review of origin's process and approaches of depreciation of construction are described. Also, the conclusion of the contract after carrying out the tender is presented in article.
