Each manager needs to know the temperament and psychological state of his employees and how to cope with the difficulties that arose with the problems of staff stability stress. The productivity of his work depends on the condition of the employee. The article outlines the concept of stress, considers factors that influence the “generation” of stress in an employee in an organization, provides the consequences of stress and recommendations for relieving stressful situations.
