Maintenance management by optimizing the drive modes of agricultural machinery

Бесплатный доступ

When operating agricultural machinery, it is necessary to maintain its working condition by performing maintenance operations. As a rule, the frequency of maintenance of a particular machine unit is determined by the time when the value of a technical condition parameter changes from the optimal value to the limit at which failure is possible. The Technical Service Department faces two important tasks: firstly, it determines the pre-failure state and implements the service strategy according to the demand; secondly, it manages the intensity of changes in the technical condition parameter and transfers numbered maintenance operations to daily maintenance with a significant reduction in their duration. The first task is solved by using diagnostic tools and monitoring the technical condition of the components, aggregates and subsystems of machines. In this case, the maintenance process is coordinated with the operation of the machine. The second task involves coordinating the operation of the machine with the maintenance process. The second problem was solved in relation to the drive of the rear power take-off shaft of tractors produced by the Minsk Tractor Plant.
