Management of technical development of industrial corporations (using the example of the rocket and space industry)

The result of improving the management of the technical development of the integrated structures of the rocket and space industry is the creation of defense and civilian rocket and space technology, corresponding and superior to modern world models, unconditional fulfillment of contractual obligations under the state weapons program, the federal space program and plans for international cooperation. The technical development of the integrated structures of the rocket and space industry is due to the production and economic tasks facing the associations of enterprises, the requirement to constantly improve the scientific, technical and production and technological structures, the improvement of the production process, which is possible on the basis of scientific and technological progress. The technical development of the integrated structures of the rocket and space industry is a set of organizational and technical measures that are the final stage of certain areas and programs of scientific and technological progress carried out in the corporation. The work presents a technical and economic model of the technical development of integrated structures, which serves to justify and choose effective directions of development, has theoretical and applied significance, modeling the interaction of organizational and economic structures and the interaction of corporations with the external environment. The model implements an algorithm for setting and adjusting technical development goals based on sectoral development criteria, production resources and current production and economic activities. This makes it possible to take into account the requirements of modern economic conditions and ensures the effectiveness of improving the management of technical development of integrated structures of the rocket and space industry.
