This article is devoted to enhancing the role of labor behavior management in modern conditions. Features of personnel labor behavior and modern forms of management are investigated. It is shown that the formation of a positive labor force is a factor of ensuring the company's competitiveness, development sustainability and the long-term market presence of the company.
