The article addresses the major challenges of the integration of strategic interaction of civil society, government and business in the field of vocational education, the mainstream of their proposed solutions specific to Russias current socio-economic stage of its development and successful international experience. If successful, practical implementation of the idea of public-private-public partnership, it can act as an alternative to the possible privatization of state or municipal property institutions educational sphere. In addition, this would create one of the most important prerequisites and preconditions for improved efficiency and competitiveness of Russias economy in the transition to an innovative type of development.
