Foreign exchange risk management of transnational corporations in my country

Since the 1990s, transnational corporations have played an important role in the rapid development of economic globalization. For multinational companies, the exchange rate is certainly an important financial indicator that they should look out for when doing business. How to Avoid or Effectively Managing foreign exchange risk has also become an inevitable and important issue for multinational companies. This article examines the types of foreign exchange risk and its impact on the management of multinational companies and finally makes some suggestions on how multinational companies can effectively avoid currency risks.
