Cost management for quality assurance of products or services

The article considers the costs of quality as a means to realize the production of products without defects with minimal costs. The most common classification of costs is presented. The well-known models for estimating quality costs are considered, thanks to which it is possible to make an accurate analysis. The advantages of using quality cost analysis in production are also highlighted.
