Knowledge management in modern organizations

Relevance and goals. In the context of the development of society in all areas, including economic, knowledge and information are of great importance. However, due to the large amount of this information, the problem arises of its structuring and efficient use. Knowledge management plays an important role in improving the productivity and efficiency of organization processes. The aim of the study is to analyze the implementation and use of knowledge management systems in organizations in Russia. Conclusions. The introduction of a knowledge management system in organizations increases its competitiveness by optimizing the choice of managerial decisions.
