Municipal administration management: social and economic efficiency

The efficiency of the municipal institution plays a key role in ensuring high-quality services to the urban and rural population and implementing state policy at the local level. Depending on the management approach and the degree of supervision of the performance of official duties of employees, a single mechanism for implementing the goals of the budgetary institution is formed. The efficiency of a municipal employee is subject to supervision not only by local management, but also by state authorities. The proposed system of criteria meets modern requirements for the implementation of goals by civil servants within the framework of the established task. This article considers the problem of the efficiency of the management system of the municipal Administration of the region. The results of the study allow us to determine the most effective approaches to the management of municipal institutions of the region, develop recommendations for their optimization and improving the quality of services provided to residents of cities and villages.
