The article considers agrarian business risks and their management covered by the “State program of agriculture development and agricultural products market control for 2013-2020" in the Russian Federation. The authors discuss problems weakening the risk management efficiency in the agrarian business and give recommendations aimed to improve the agrarian risk management.
