The article deals with data of the research aimed to study the influence of the sulfur-containing solution «Akvastat» soaking on the most important performance characteristics of concrete materials. It was determined that the material soaked by «Akvastat» has high hydrophobic properties and strength characteristics which make it possible to use concrete materials over a longer period of time under constant influence of moisture, mechanical forces and alternating temperatures.
