Hardening of hard alloy bk10kc surface at the two-component electroexplosive alloying

The electroexplosive alloying of hard alloy surface by titanium and titanium with shot of diamond powder is carried out. It is shown that processing leads to formation the structure of surface layer, consisting of TiC (Ti, W) C, (W, Ti) C 1-x and W 2C. The roughness of a surface doesn't exceed of Ra=1,98 micron, nanohardness reaches 25000 MPa. The wear resistance estimated on the depth of wear track, increases in 10 times.
