Simplified bankruptcy of individuals: advantages and problem aspects

It is shown that in modern conditions in Russia there is a tendency to an increase in the number of out-of-court bankruptcy procedures for individuals, which is determined by the negative economic situation both as a consequence of the coronavirus pandemic and a decrease in requirements for conducting bankruptcy procedures for citizens. The main advantages of a simplified bankruptcy procedure of an extrajudicial nature are determined. The problematic aspects of the implementation of out-of-court bankruptcy of individuals are outlined. The regulating function of the state in the situation of further development of the institution of bankruptcy of individuals is indicated.
