Ural «Closed cities» on the way out of crisis: in search of social roots of the problems

The article considers the peculiarities of social management performed in the Urals by modern closed nuclear cities under hard conditions of reorganization of enterprises forming a company town. The author analyses the main social contradictions in this sphere, defines social roots of the problems of nuclear closed administrative-territorial formations (CATF) and offers variants of recovery for this kind of cities from the existing crisis.
