U and Th in the host rock of pioneer gold deposit

Бесплатный доступ

The concentrations of radioactive, trace and ore elements in sedimentary-terrigenous rocks and igneous rocks of intermediate and acid composition of the Pioner gold deposit have been determined. All host complexes are enriched in ore components and depleted in Sr, Y, Zr, and heavy lanthanides. Igneous rocks are characterized by low contents of Th and U. It has been shown that in politic sediments with an increased carbon content there is a stable positive correlation between gold and radioactive elements.
