Settlement of conflict of interests in system of public service as the measure of social counteraction of corruption

Counteraction of corruption is one of the most actual and important problems of development of the modern state and society. In the offered article it is noted that the modern legislation regulates questions of ensuring efficiency of activity of civil servants insufficiently. The author specifies that corruption poses enormous social threat and acts as one of the most serious conditions interfering productive and effective development of the state and civil society. Analyzing the materials published in mass media, the author comes to a conclusion that citizens have a potential threat to fall a victim of a corruption crime. The solution of the existing problem seems in implementation of measures of social counteraction of corruption.
