The study analyzed the results of ileo-and sigmocystoplasty in 56 patients with verified diagnosis of bladder cancer. Postoperative prolonged comprehensive examination allowed an objective assessment of the dynamics of urodynamic changes in various types of reservoirs, identification of their advantages and capabilities, as well as the extent of eligibility for optimal replacement of the bladder.
