"Lesson of German", or phase of developers transfer to escrow account

The article deals with issues related to the transition to project financing of housing construction, which will occur in a shorter period than envisaged by the instructions of the President of Russia. According to the author, for projects under construction, this can be a big problem. Based on the analysis of the German experience, the author proposes to provide developers with the possibility of a phased disclosure of escrow accounts.
