This article is dedicated to the exploration of a problem of shaping of sense of justice and legal culture of employees of units of special appointments of The Federal service of the troops of the national guard of the Russian Federation as the basic criterion of formation of moral qualities of personality and professionalism when making work and the tasks of service. Here are examined the ways of upgrading efficiency of legal education as basis of formation of sense of justice and legal culture of employees of units of special appointments of The Federal service of the troops of the national guard and also methods of defining problems in shaping of sense of justice and legal culture of this category of people and ways to improve activities in this sphere.
