Yield and quality of sunflower oil seeds in arid conditions of the steppe zone

Бесплатный доступ

The responsiveness of sunflower varieties and hybrids to arid conditions of the steppe zone during the formation of yield and oil content is shown. The yield of all samples in the experiment significantly exceeded the standard level (0.96 t/ha). The maximum yield was obtained from the Gorfield F1 hybrid - 1.59 t/ha. The average oil yield over the years of research ranged from 0.29 t/ha for the Kulundinsky 1 variety to 0.67 t/ha for the Gorfield F1 hybrid. Of all the varietal types, the Gorfield F1 hybrid is singled out as the most effective.
