Productivity and grain quality of spring soft wheat in forest-steppe zone of Middle Povolzh'e during usage of resource-saving technology of cultivation

The features of yield forming and grain quality was studied in spring soft wheat of the Ki-nel'skaya 59 variety in connection with the way of ground processing, level of mineral feed and application of Albit biopreparation (growth stimulator) in the conditions of forest-steppe zone of Middle Povolzh'e. The authors have estimated the effect of studied factors on technological and baking properties of grain and also on general baking evaluation of flour and grain.
