Sunflower yield and its variability depending on growing conditions

The responsiveness of a variety or hybrid to the conditions of cultivation during the formation of yield is an important indicator for an agricultural producer. We have studied sunflower varieties and hybrid in the conditions of the steppe zone. On average, over the two years of the study, the standard variety with a yield of 1.6 t/ha significantly exceeded the Gin M variety with a yield of 2.0 t/ha. The maximum influence on the formation of the yield level is exerted by the "year" factor - 46.02%.
