Manor architectural heritage in the cultural landscapes of the Black Sea coast of the Caucasus: problems of study, preservation and prospects of use

In article the case of the monuments of farmstead heritage located on the Russian Black Sea coast of the Caucasus is characterized, problems of his complex research are designated, the method of updating of welfare and economic and economic functions of the ownerless, collapsing and ruined buildings and constructions by means of refusal of expensive and long-term restoration process in favor of the preservation fixing the original characteristics of objects demanded in the tourist and recreational sphere is offered.
