Advanced role of governmental regulation in terms of the mobilization economy: customs aspect

The article presents the measures used by governmental agencies in terms of the mobilization economic policy. The article also shows some factors affecting the level of instability of the economy. This article contains the analysis of measures of customs and tariff regulation and other measures, which in a long term may compensate the results of unstable internal and external shocks and may provide food and economic security of the country. It is concluded that it is necessary to strengthen the role of state regulation in unstable economic realities.
