Conditions for the formation of a regional transport and logistics cluster in the Republic of Khakassia

Creating a regional transport and logistics cluster in the Republic of Khakassia will contribute to the activation of modern integration processes in the transport sector. The Republic of Khakassia has a sufficiently developed transport infrastructure, which is represented by railway, air and motor transport. The author has analyzed the advantages of creating a transport and logistics cluster, formulated the principles and conditions for developing a transport and logistics cluster in the Republic of Khakassia. It has been proposed to include a plan for creating a transport and logistics cluster in the development strategy of the Republic of Khakassia, which will become a catalyst for developing industry-specific clusters.
