Conditions for TNCS to operate in the territory of the Russian Federation

This article examines the conditions prevailing on the territory of Russia in which transnational corporations operate. Geographically, social, organizational, legal, economic factors affecting the functioning of business were highlighted, as well as drawbacks that hinder the inflow of foreign investment into the country, which in turn can lead to a decrease in competitiveness compared to developed countries. It is necessary to create an infrastructure that would allow coordinating and organizing the effective activities of TNCs in Russia, improving the regulatory framework, applying international management practices and maintaining a stable level of the country's economy as a whole.
