Conditions and factors of influence on ensuring financial stability of the pension system of Russia

This paper provides a definition of the financial sustainability of the pension system, reveals the role of demographic and economic factors, as well as the importance of legal regulation and public administration. The purpose of the study is to determine the conditions and factors influencing the financial sustainability of the Russian pension system, as well as to consider possible directions for changing pension legislation. The methodological basis of the study was logical, systemic legal and comparative legal methods. The use of these methods is aimed at the most objective and comprehensive study of the problem. This paper provides a description of the financial support of the pension system, reveals the role of demographic and economic factors, as well as the importance of legal regulation and public administration. To create the sustainability of the pension system in the face of global challenges, it is necessary to study the factors influencing long-term sustainability, problems, as well as possible directions for ensuring the sustainability of the pension system. In the context of global challenges, the pension system will face a number of problems caused by the demographic crisis, economic crises, and changes in the structure of employment. These factors may lead to a lack of financial resources to provide pension payments. As a result, measures are proposed to change pension legislation to ensure financial stability.
