Conditions and management prospects of transitivity of the North Caucasian ethnicity

The article analyses the conditions and the management prospects of transitivity of the North Caucasian ethnicity. It is established that ethnos acts as a well-established «body» and under the «ethnic mobilization» to greater degree find themselves not always those from whom it might be expected judging by the formal criteria, but those who according to their value orientations and personal experience can play a functional role in the fate of the ethnos.
