Conditions for effective realization of the inquiring speech act

The success of communication is achieved under certain conditions relying on the method of the speaker's expression of the speech act and the communicative competence of the participants of communication. Failure to comply may lead to communicative failures. The article gives a comprehensive description of the causes of the communicative failures in order to identify the conditions for effective implementation of the inquiring speech act.
