In crop production the problem of injury and destruction of seed material by the effective bodies of agricultural machines is very relevant. The elimination of the destruction of pea seeds and other leguminous crops during pre-sowing treatment will accelerate the introduction of an organic farming system in the Rostov Region and other regions of Russia improve the quality of seed reduce the seed dressing consumption, and switch to the use of biological products for seed treatment. In the article is analyzed the intense deformed state for the effective area of the dresser during impact interaction with seed material. The substantiation of the conditions for obtaining the chemical or biological preparation processed mix with the preservation of the integrity of its particles upon repeated impact with the effective area of the treater-mixer is given, the consumption of seed material during sowing is significantly reduced and the preparations for seed treatment before sowing are used economically and rationally. The mechanism of the process of «shaking mixing» is described which provides the coating of seeds with a dressing agent or biological product. It has been proven that for mixing seeds and drops of the seed disinfectant without destroying the seeds, it is necessary and sufficient so that the elastic limit of the material of the effective area is greater than or equal to the rebound tension. Depending on the weight of seeds and the rigidity of the effective area material and did not exceed the strength limit of the seed material. Fulfillment of the boundary conditions will allow choose the material for the manufacture of the working bodies of the seed dresser depending on the mass and physic-mechanical properties of the processed seed material to obtain dry, semi-dry or moistened mixture while maintaining the integrity of the seeds. The acquired knowledge forms the theoretical basis for the creation of new agricultural machines for pre-sowing treatment of easily injured seed material. The necessity and expediency of introducing machines for pre-sowing treatment of seed material with working bodies that do not injure seeds into agricultural production is justified by the speedy introduction of ecological agricultural production.
