Conditions that have a significant impact on the moral and psychological characteristics of female offenders

This article is devoted to the urgent problem of changing moral attitudes in women, which prompts them to commit crimes. The increase in female criminality has a negative impact on the spiritual development of society and its security, therefore it seems necessary to develop new measures of criminal-legal impact. Effective prevention is possible with a qualitative study of the personality of the perpetrator, his characteristics and the environment affecting him. The concept of personality is given, namely the process of its formation is touched upon, the factors affecting the inner world of a female criminal and forming her distorted perception of the world are considered. The conditions affecting the moral and psychological characteristics of women are defined, and the need for law enforcement agencies to carry out preventive work aimed at neutralizing negative conditions is emphasized.
