Conditions, reason and causes of military security how her nature elements

Natural elements of military security such as spatio-temporal conditions cause and foundations are the subject of research of the article. The purpose of the article is to reveal the content of natural elements of military security. Actuality of research of the matter and its problematics are described in the scientific literature. It is explained, that objective existence of military security is reflected by space in which it is provided permanently without time break. The cause of military security ensuring is substantiated by necessity of saving vitality of object of regulation by means of its protection from danger, violence and value damage. Foundations of military security are revealed to treat its ontological, gnociological, axiological and practical aspects. Achievement of the set goal is carried out on the basis of methods of analysis and synthesis, illustrative method, method of comparative analysis, and hermeneutic approach, particularly, one of its principles - congeniality - the essence of which consists in correspondence dialogue of authors of scientific works and their interpreters. Novelty of research consists in presentation of concept concerning the content of natural elements of military security. Conclusions are obtained. The first conclusion: in spite of impressive number of scientific papers separate theses of which reflect series of faces of military security, its natural elements are examined fragmentary and do not form their general characteristic. The second conclusion: natural elements of military security are its spatio-temporal conditions, qualitative vitality of object of regulation, ontological, gnoseological, axiological and practical foundations, which contribute jointly/ apart to its protection from external and internal dangers, violent acts, damaging or aggravate similar ones. The third conclusion: qualitative changes in the content of examined elements of military security lead to improvement of rules controlling forces and resources available to subjects without influence on the forms of their integration and cooperation. The fourth conclusion: the field of application of findings of investigation intends to give extended knowledge about natural elements of military security to authorized military-political bodies and institutions of civil society.
