In the article we consider the interest in the problem of self-realization of a person in professional activity in recent years, is steadily preserved in Russian psychology, close attention to this issue is connected with the fact socio-economic conditions in the country fundamentally changed the situation in the labor market, where the professional competitiveness is determined to a large extent by such qualities as the ability to continuous self-improvement, self-development, maximum realization of one’s personal potential in the professional sphere
