Conditions of perfection of management structure of the project of updating of educational system of high school

Modernization of the educational system of a university, connected with its transition to the competence orientation, is considered in the article as a special project of updating of norms-purposes of higher education. The strategic management of such a project, whose realization can provide updating of the educational system of a high school according to the changed factors of environment, is characterized.
