The terms of entrepreneurial activity in the region

The article deals with the conditions for entrepreneurial activity in the Vologda Oblast, based on the assessments given by businessmen of the region. It shows that, despite the substantial increase in the statistical indicators of the number of small-scale enterprises and sole traders, the business climate of the Vologda Oblast hasn't changed significantly in recent years.
