Labor service as an object of exchange in the labor market in the context of digital transformation

The article develops the conceptual approach of the scientific school of labor market theory of Voronezh State University. The labor service is an object of market exchange between the employee and the employer. The theoretical study clarifies the essence, content, properties of the labor service, the mechanism of its purchase and sale in the labor market. The systematic approach describes the movement of labor services through labor market subsystems (external and internal), from the stage of formation to the realization of its useful effect. The features of the digital transformation of the content of the labor service at all stages of its movement through the subsystems of the labor market are reflected. The content of the labor service is changing, leaving its essence as an object of exchange in the market mechanism the same.
