Services of the state (universal) libraries of subjects of the Russian Federation presented on the websites created by them

The author first had complex analysis of websites of public (Universal) libraries of subjects of the Russian Federation, identified and analyzed a full range of data services to libraries. The analysis of the range of services of public (Universal) libraries of subjects of the Russian Federation on their sites, comparing them, creating a new classification. When analyzing sites the author had to standardize terminology. Classification of services was based on the separation of the whole range of services providing services to 3 groups: as out stationary, remote, stationary, each of which shares granted to users in 5 groups: document, reference, bibliographic services, information, cultural and educational; were also highlighted in other services that cannot be attributed to the first 4 groups, they entered mostly the so-called services.
