Judicial discretion of law enforcement in the commutation of unserved part of punishment by a less severe form of punishment

This article is devoted to judicial discretion of law enforcement in the implementation of the commutation of the unserved part of punishment by a less severe form of punishment. There are indentified reasons of judicial discretion of law enforcement and presented opportunities which were aimed on its narrowing; wherefore, a criminally-legal description of commutation of unserved part of punishment by a less severe form of punishment has been implemented.
