Improvement funding of scientificsl-and-technological area in view of its life cycle

In the article the existing mechanisms and forms of financing of scientific-and-technological areas, including the optimal in modern conditions is a public-private partnership. Also identified objectives, principles, risks of this form of financing of scientific-and-technological areas and offer improved scheme of its phased funding based on the life cycle.
