Improvement of production of ethylene by pyrolysis of petrol fraction on the example of Ufaorgsintez PAO

The object of the study is the installation of pyrolysis of the gasoline fraction in a tubular furnace. In the process of research on the basis of domestic and foreign sources of literature were studied the basics of chemistry, the mechanism and thermodynamics of the pyrolysis process and the influence of various factors on the results of the process. As a result of research, the main advantages of the current installation are established. Due to the ever-growing demand for raw materials for petrochemicals, in particular, ethylene, the project considered the installation of pyrolysis in order to increase productivity.
