The article presents the first results of the use of intraoperative balloon stretching of the soft tissues of the parotid area when performing the first stage of reconstructive otoplasty for congenital microtia. The use of intraoperative balloon stretching according to the scheme allowed: to solve the problem of soft tissue deficiency during implantation of the auricle carcass formed from costal cartilage; form the earlobe and tragus at the first stage of reconstruction. The results of the use of intraoperative balloon stretching presents of the soft tissues of the parotid area when performing the first stage of reconstructive otoplasty for congenital microtia.
