Work is devoted to development of the device executed with use of the sanding device for increase in coefficient of coupling of a wheel of construction and road cars and municipal equipment with a surface of a paving and increase of reliability of movement of equipment in difficult weather conditions. The prototype installation is made and test for functioning in pilot conditions with imitation of connection to the pneumowheel excavator through connection to the stationary air compressor is carried out.
