Installations effectively functioning when separating the down from rabbit skins in electromagnetic field of ultra high frequency

The aim of this work is to develop an installation with non-traditional high-Q resonators, providing the effect of an electromagnetic field of ultra-high frequency (EMPHF) in a continuous mode to weaken the retention force of fluff in the skin of rabbit skins at a high electric field strength, which reduces the viability of vegetative microorganisms. The developed microwave installation with a truncated conical resonator for separating fluff from rabbit skins in a periodic mode is described. The installation accelerates the process of separating the fluff from rabbit skins, the retention force of which in the hair follicle is weakened due to the effect of the EMPSVCH uniformly distributed by the dissector in the resonator volume and due to rubbing the surface of the flesh with rock salt. The microwave installation contains a resonator with an out-of-limit waveguide, inside which a fluoroplastic rule is installed coaxially on the shaft. A magnetron is installed closer to the resonator cover and a dissector is located near the emitter. Shown is a technological line for processing rabbit skins, which provides for two ways of collecting fluff from rabbit skins, depending on the duration after removing the skins of rabbits. In the case of a duration of up to 2 hours after slaughtering rabbits, you can use brine or a special dough to accelerate the process of weakening the retention force of the fluff in the flesh when exposed to EMPWS. If the duration after the removal of the rabbit skin is more than 2 hours, then the effect of the EMPHM on the skin should be carried out in the process of loosening the skin with rock salt.
